That’s why volunteering is at the heart of everything we do. When you volunteer with us, you not only help expand the reach of our mission – you also gain valuable skills and experiences that can enrich your life.

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds who are passionate about dialogue, communication and conflict resolution. Opportunities include:

• Facilitating dialogue workshops in schools and community centers
• Supporting training programs and events as coordinators and logistics assistants
• Conducting outreach through social media, blogging and video creation
• Translating and localizing our training manuals and educational resources
• Helping build organizational capacity through research, marketing and tech support

As a volunteer, you’ll receive mentorship and training in dialogue methodologies, workshop facilitation, project management and more. We reimburse for transportation and provide meals during extended activities. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a welcoming community united by a vision for positive change.
