In this project we work with children and adolescents through a series of workshops and sometimes camps. The main objective of working with children and adolescents is to teach them about dialogue. Which helps children and adolescents realize who they are and the differences around them. The principles of dialogue allow the children to accept their differences, and be able to form their own perspectives when they are exposed to different experiences and be able to express their perspectives confidently. The principles are honesty, trust, equality, openness, imagination, and curiosity. Additionally, they also learn about problem-solving and dialogue tools. The dialogue tools are active listening, exploratory questions, mirroring, and engaging with the other.
