The idea of the project is to recruit youth volunteers who are active in the civil society and train them on dialogue, its practical tools as well as the theory, and facilitation skills. They engage in a 5 day seminar where they get in dialogue with themselves, with one another, and learn how to host dialogue spaces and 2 days of dialogue workshops where they get a chance to implement what they learned and also introduce dialogue to other communities. These groups of trained facilitators are called “Ambassadors for Dialogue” because they are expected to integrate dialogue within their communities and also within the organizations they are part of in civil society.

In their journey after the seminar, they are then required to facilitate dialogue workshops with different partners of the project in order to mainstream dialogue within different communities. Hence, the model is built mainly on youth participation and their ability to change their personal and professional communities.
